Eric Neuville

President and Owner

 

Eric Neuville has more than 35 years of experience in value-based care, business development, sales/marketing, account management and product innovation, turning market obstacles into record breaking growth for Value-Based/Health Care organizations, Health care enablers, health insurance, pharmaceutical and biotech companies.

His areas of expertise include: Employer and health benefits consultant solutions, Payer, Provider, Value-Based care (and ACOs) organization’s top line revenue growth acceleration through effective sales, marketing and account management strategies as well as go to market execution plans. He has extensive experience bringing value based care solutions to the employer and broker communities. Additionally, with over 25 years of experience in the payor space, he has navigated the health payor maze for many companies.

Eric is the former Health Care Consultant for Marathon Health, National Vice President for Sales and Marketing for Anthem BCBS, General Manager for Indiana University Health Plans (Medicare Advantage, Commercial group and individual) and Vice President of Marketing and Value-Based Contracting for Cornerstone Health. In the ABCBS role, he led a 100-person team that drove sales and account management providing strategy and go to market plans, while increasing market share across Anthem’s 14 states. Additionally, while at Indiana University Health Plans, he led P&L management for all lines of business inclusive of sales, marketing, product innovation and account management.

He holds a Biochemistry degree from Virginia Tech. He and his wife Anne are the proud parents of three awesome grown children and 4 grandchildren.

Dave Prugh

Provider Contracting Healthcare Payments

 

Dave Prugh is a trusted executive and advisor with more than 20 years of experience in provider contracting and healthcare payment. His areas of expertise include payer/provider relationships, contract development and negotiation, health care data analytics, value based payment, payment integrity programs, and the identification of opportunities to improve healthcare cost and quality. He also brings s deep understanding of payer/provider payment policies for both in-network and out-of-network providers.

Dave is the former VP for Provider Reimbursement & Analytics for Anthem BCBS. In this role, he led a 240-person department that provided analytic insights for provider strategy development and provider/payer contract negotiations across Anthem’s 14 states.

Additionally, he led the development and maintenance of provider payment policies & guidelines and he was responsible for oversight of the Company’s program for detecting and preventing fraud, waste and abuse. He also served as the provider reimbursement expert on Anthem’s national Physician Advisory Council and he has served on “industry wide” expert technical panels; focused on advancing innovations in payer/provider payment.


He is a certified public accountant and began his auditing career with Arthur Young & Company. He earned his B.B.A. in accounting from the University Of Cincinnati College Of Business, where he is currently an adjunct faculty instructor in Health Care Finance at the Linder School of Business.

Mark Isett

Managed Care Benefit Design

 

Mark Isett has 30 years of managed healthcare experience, including cost of care management, provider contracting, risk/ACO contracting, medical/quality management, and product development/management for individual/group Medicare Advantage and employer commercial markets.

Most recently he was vice president of group product management at Anthem Inc. He managed anthems employer products across all 14 anthem markets, from small to large employers, including leading Anthem’s a PPACA employer product strategy and launch IN 2014. During his tenure, he launched multiple narrow network and ACO based products across anthems markets. Experienced with product research, strategy, design, implementation, pricing and regulatory filings.

Keith Passwater

Healthcare Strategy and Actuarial Consultancy

 

Keith has over 30 years of expertise in the health care strategy and actuarial space. He is currently CEO at Havarti Risk Services. He previously was Senior Vice President of Corporate Finance & Chief Actuary at Anthem, Inc.  In this role, Keith led cost of care quantification, enterprise financial planning, and actuarial.  Keith also built the Finance group and served as the first CFO for a new operating division of Anthem. Prior to this role, Keith was focused on Anthem’s commercial and individual ACA pricing strategies, working closely with the business operators in Anthem’s fourteen Blue states to achieve profitable, growing performance within the new regulatory framework. 

Keith holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Actuarial Science from Ball State University. He is a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries and a Member of the American Academy of Actuaries. Also, Keith is privileged to serve on the board of the National Organization of Life and Health Insurance Guaranty Associations (NOLHGA).
