Our current US volume-based model is flawed having misaligned incentives which divert attention from the Quadruple Aim - improving healthcare quality, patient, and provider experience, and reducing overall costs. 

Having witnessed firsthand the challenges of my dad’s battle with cancer and his end-of-life journey, I’m focused on transforming our volume-based US healthcare delivery system.
